The version from OP is a trial version. The Chinese version and Japanese version that just came out is the full version. That's why the recollection room was so empty.
According to the Ci-En they're planning on adding in a 3rd ending with 10 new scenes about 2 months from now.
So the stupid car puzzle can be solved by attaching a number to each color of the car.
Example is the first puzzle that gives the password 7687,
V B R B
V V R R
B V V V
R V B V
Then just solve it by attaching a number to each color, in this case White 1, Red 2 , Black 3.
V=1 B=3 R=2 B=3
V=1 V=1 R=2 R=2
B=3 V=1 V=1 V=1
R=2 V=1 B=3 V=1

Assign the values given by the sleeping man to the colors in this case: Black=1, Red=2, White=3 then add them together downwards in each column since there is 4 columns leading to 4 digits
